At You & I, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Our goal is to ensure your fashion journey with us is effortless, from your first click to a potential exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your You & I account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with their original tags attached back into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
